The construction milestone of the 224-unit multi-family project, located at 1765 N. Miami Ave., was marked with a celebratory event held on site on August 12, 2022. Attending were Wynwood Development Partnership and General Contractor Haus, Beauchamp Construction Company, as well as the Omni Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA).
