CHATTANOOGA, Tenn.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–HomeServe North America honored 13 of its network contractors at the seventh annual Contractor Awards at the Downtown Chattanooga Marriott on September 8, 2022.

HomeServe recognized the owners of the most successful contractors in its network in the United States and Canada who raise the bar in the industry and achieve excellence in customer service and service delivery to HomeServe customers.

  • 3-H Electric LLC of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, HomeServe Cares Foundation Awardwhich is awarded to a contractor who has participated in HomeServe Cares Foundation work and demonstrated exceptional care for a resident in need;

  • Superior Plumbing Solutions of Toronto, Ontario, Newcomer Award, Canada, which is awarded to an entrepreneur who has joined the HomeServe Canada network within the last year and who has already proven to be among the most successful; and

Service Delivery Rewards were presented to the top performing contractor in each region who consistently provided exceptional service, held their teams to the highest level of accountability, and ensured their operations were aligned with HomeServe’s values ​​and goals. Contractors in all categories were evaluated based on multiple award criteria, including performance reports, scorecards, and customer feedback, among other metrics.
